4. Other Amount, please enter the correct amount according to where the curriculum is to be mailed:

USA orders
$60 if the curriculum is to be mailed within the USA
($55 plus $5 shipping and handling)

International orders
$85 if the curriculum is to be mailed outside the USA
($55 plus $30 shipping and handling)

Curriculum will be sent by USPS Priority Mail for both USA and international orders.

5. Please Direct My Donation to:
choose Designated Gift.

6. Enter details and comments:

7. Donation Frequency
Check that “One Time” is selected.

8. Payment information
Please complete for credit card or e-check.

9. Click Make Donation to complete your transaction.
